Kohlrabi translates to "cabbage apple". Crunchy like an apple, tastes like cabbage. Our children eat it like an apple right in the field! Shred it slice it or roast it! Some kohlrabi will have an odd shape but taste delicious! Grown beyond organic standards though not certified. Three to four kohlrabi per bunch.
