The original recipe was handed down over three generations each time being tweaked a little until it became the treat you see here. To add some flair we made a garlic version for Orie's Garlic Fest! It is excellent on any kind of sandwich burger or any number of other things. People are always coming to us excited about the new item they tried it on! With it's semi-sweet vinegary taste this relish has even been known to be eaten straight the whole jar in one sitting by one who shall remain nameless. Ingredients: Our own Green tomatoes and sweet peppers, organic sweet onions, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, organic cane sugar, Water, our own garlic, Organic spices including turmeric, Organic Mustard seed.
