Our pear butter is made with organic pears. We use Pomona's pectin which allows us to use 1/3 the amount of sugar as normal so you actually taste the fruit not just sugar! Due to the type of pectin the jelly is a soft set so refrigerate before use for maximum firmness. Delicious with our homemade fresh baked goods!
